We want you to love every brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Fellow products purchased directly from our site. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original Fellow box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 14 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
